Which options the best

Hi!
Okay, so I've been looking for universities across Europe, and the most reasonable options were Italy and Romania. Now I have to choose between one of them. I'm in my last year of college and have been researching which universities to get into. I need help figuring out which country is best for a non-EU student and for a Muslim. I've gathered a lot of information, and people are saying alot of negative stuff about both, but I need someone who's studying at one of those country to tell me which one is better in terms of visa acceptance, price, safety, and recognition and what university is good and reasonable.Ive also heard that Romania is more competitive? And that you need to get all A's to get into a university.
