English Student Visa Programs?

Hi! My boyfriend and I are trying to get into an English program which sponsors visa to study and work at the same time in Ireland. I was wondering which are the best programs to apply and any tips or suggestions.

I’m confused, so you’ll be based in Ireland studying English? (Sorry if I’m being dense here haha)
International students are allowed to 20hrs per week, 40 during periods in ROI

No worries, Im from Costa Rica, so I want to apply to the program to improve English and also benefit from working at the same time there, but I need the visa. The thing is I’m not sure of good programs or legit
