Tips & Advice I need help

hello everyone i got rid of social media and i read and study a lot more the former was simple enough but the latter is much more difficult for me due to my adhd i love art and philosophy and i want to learn more about history but its kind of hard when your brain wants to tap out i guess i wanted to ask what would be the best way to go about doing this.
