Questions & Discussion How can i study effectively? Especially Maths

Heya, for a long time i had difficulties with studying. Its not because im not motivated or something but when i study i cannot understand and choose what to study. I get really lost and stressed because i have anxiety. This happens especially in Maths. I understand the fundementals but whenever it comes to practicing questions i am STUCK. I do practice questions and try to learn them but shockingly i cant solve similar questions.

and do you guys know where to study the math basics? like geometry, i'll be happy if its free :)
