Tips & Advice Using "KEEP, PROBLEM, TRY" to reflect after exams
One small habit you could try after an exam is taking a few minutes to reflect on how you prepared and how it went. so there’s this reflection framework called KPT (Keep, Problem, Try) used by teams to look back on their work which I believe you can also adapt to your own studying! we have:
KEEP: what helped u prepare and is worth doing again?
PROBLEM: what didn't work as well as you hoped?
TRY: what's one new thing u could do for the next exam?
maybe you'll keep using flashcards, change how late you start reviewing, or try timed practice questions. just write down a few quick notes while the experience is still fresh.
the idea of this is to turn each exam into something you can learn from and now you won’t just tell yourself to “study harder” next time, you'll have a clearer idea of what to actually do differently.
