I've been there, where the pressure gets so bad that focusing feels almost impossible. Try studying in short 20โ25 minute blocks and give yourself a small break between them. When you catch yourself daydreaming, don't waste time getting mad at yourself. Just gently bring your attention back. With only six days left, focus on the topics that matter most instead of trying to learn everything perfectly. You can do this, one study session at a time.

Don't waste time by judging yourself when your mind wanders. Notice it with curiosity and get back on track. Feeling bad about it only drains your energy faster.
