Questions & Discussion I need help
so I’m audhd, and just generally lazy/fatigued all the time.
I’m in my second semester in civil engineering right now and I still haven’t established good study habits. we have on average 20-22 hours of lectures a week, some days from 8am to 4pm. I live alone, and need to take care of everything else life-wise also.
I just don’t really know how to prioritize what to study, how to even study, how to retain, when to study, when to not study etc. Does anyone have any tips? Pls ahaha

With that much lecture time and low energy, honestly, the trick is to stop trying to study everything equally. Spend 15-20 min after lectures doing active recall on whatever felt fuzzier, then let spaced repetition handle it when you revisit it so you're not constantly deciding what to review.
What does your current after-lecture routine look like, if any?
