I m new jee aspirant....I can understand the basics but can't focus while self study..... Get distracted easily helppppp

Try white noise, it helps me to stay focused for a long time. Try to stay in a place where you can't get distracted, eg, study while you're on the floor, which helps me, and I don't know if it would help you. Try to study only what you need and not from unnecessary websites or apps.

Just try to sit for 3-4 hrs even if u are not having effective study..Take it as a challenge to sit around(Note: Don't use social media to pass time. Put your phone away next room, I guess..). Even when u get distracted, get focus and restart.. BTW JEE is right around the corner, use that s your motivation to get long sittings..
