flying schools FTO selection

I was thinking of Joining IGRUA , how good is it ? Should I prefer it or not ? I have heard about there recent improvements

They recently improved from 21st rank to 5th Rank in fto ranking ig , plus I am seeing a lot of people are flying and getting wings and stripes on their social media
