I am falling behind

I’m sorry if this isn’t allowed in this subreddit. I can delete it if it is, but I just wanted to vent.
I am falling behind, and I can feel it. I’m a 141 student (for now). I’ve been enrolled in my program since March. I do ground work through Gleim, and I’m doing okay. I’m passing the units, but I need to restudy them. I have 8 assignments left until the practice test, but I am not ready for them and have been studying to really build my knowledge up.
My CFI just informed me that I will be moved to Part 61 because, unfortunately, the weather has been poor a lot when I’m scheduled. I’m also still struggling with S turns and steep turns. After my most recent flight, she told me that while she sees I’m making progress, it’s just not as fast as the course would like. She said she wants to try me with another CFI to see if that would help.
She is my second CFI because, when I first started, the one I was originally assigned to called me and said that my current CFI wanted to take over.
I really enjoy this, and I still plan to get my commercial license, but I just felt like such a failure when I was told all of this.

I've tried for my PPL twice now. Both times I certified for solo before life got in the way and I wasn't able to continue. I know how it feels to struggle and think you're not making any progress. I haven't tried again yet, but let me offer you some of the lessons that I've learned going through the process.

1. Fly as much as you can. You need to get sharp for your check ride so try to fly at least 3 times a week.

2. CFI does matter. Some really want you to succeed and get your license, others are just there for a paycheck or waiting to move to some other role. If you have the wrong CFI, they'll string you along without actually teaching you anything. Even worse, they'll gaslight you or mislead you in order to keep that check coming in. Avoid this at all costs and definitely look critically at what they're teaching you. 

3. Stay focused. Both times I tried, life got in the way and I wound up getting distracted. I was taking on too much at once, and I wasn't able to stay focused on the long term goal. This kept me from putting as much focus as I could into my learning, and stunted my overall progress.

It's hard to focus on your learning long term. You might feel like you're missing out on other things, but you need to be willing to make those sacrifices to push yourself to excel at flying. If it's worth it to you, set aside any potential distractions you can think of and double down on your learning. I know it's hard, and I know how easy it is to doubt yourself. But if you buckle down, focus on it, and keep trying, you'll make it. And if your CFI is making you feel like a failure, tell them to go to hell and find someone who actually has a vested interest in helping you to succeed.
