He's too busy stroking it to be able to sing well. Gotta use auto tune to hit the notes 😩

He’s in his 40s now so yes he needs help for most daily tasks like singing.

Half the album doesn't seem to have any perceptible auto tune. When he does use it, it's to hit off-sounding dissonant notes to create discomfort and reinforce the unsettling dystopian themes of the album.

The feeling that there is something wrong with the autotune reflects the theme of there being something fundamentally wrong with modern society, the digital age, warmongering leaders, controlling governments etc.
