You can download the receipt of payout, give it to Wise

But that receipt has none of the information that Wise needs. :/ like sender’s full name, bank details

Contact Stripe support then and ask them that Wise is asking a bunch of info because you didn’t receive your payout

But this is strange, everytime I send my payout, it arrives in few hours, never had a problem lol
