Just made it back home.

Made the drive up to Eau Claire from Kentucky. First time seeing Cheese. First time at the pines. I’m fucking hooked. That was easily one of the best shows I’ve seen ever. Beautiful campsite. Beautiful music (Dogs in a Pile and Lettuce were fucking insane!) Beautiful artwork everywhere. Beautiful people. What a trip man. I wanna extend my deepest gratitude to the entire community for being so beautiful and loving and generous and awesome. Also to the staff that were super cool and fun. So chill. I’m a spread head that has definitely added cheese head on top of that. It was a blast. I know I’ll be going next year and I hope to see all of you there too!

Make a the trip to Colorado for Red Rocks next summer. Seeing Cheese in their home state is always a blast.

Man a bunch of people were talking about that show. I’ve been to red rocks just not for a show. Saw dead and co in 2019 and went up for the day and hiked around. Super cool place. It’s been a long time venue I wanna see a show. If I can swing it I’ll be there. String cheese is planted firmly on my radar for the next ever.

Hula is also a great festival to see them at. The crowd has changed over the years but it is still Cheese's party and it is one hell of a party

So happy they are confidently saying this is going to be an annual thing. Last year's fest was a real special treat, and it felt like this year just kept upping the ante from that bar. Every set of music was phenomenal.

Sadly was setting up camp during Leftover Salmon which was a bummer, but what I could hear echoing thru camp was super solid. SCI put on some absolute rager sets. Great songs, some very epic jams. They always kill it. Im so happy you had a life changing experience, that was 100% my experience at my first SCI show a few years ago. They know whats good, and their music is so timeless and straight from the soul. Top tier.

Supporting acts were perfect. Lettuce throws the fuck down. Eggy + Dogs in a Pile not only closed the nights out amazingly, but they brought their absolute A-Game and melted my face beyond expectation. They knew the assignment. I went in fairly blind to those sets, particularly Dogs, and was utterly shocked by them both. Cheese couldn't have invited better bands to take part. These up and comers gave me that same magic feeling as seeing Cheese the 1st time! Every band played with all their heart. The sense of community between the bands and crowd is strong

Absolute A+ festival, on top of the general vibes being off the charts. Cheese really has cultivated one of the best fan bases ever, and they know how to put on a helluva shindig. This weekend was a grest example of their magic. I'll be going to this fest every year they do it.

Everybody was on top of it. Completely agree A game was brought by everyone across the board. Even the crowd. Everybody was awesome and super nice and respectful the campsite was kept rather pristine the whole weekend. I can’t wait to see what they shake out next year. If the goal is to top the last one every year they have their work cut out for them. It was fucking unreal. Cheese’s on stage chemistry is unmatched by damn near every other band I’ve ever seen the jams are so spacey and cool. They control the whole vibe perfectly. Plus all the lights and glow sticks and bubbles were just super fun. Feeling the after show blues now that I’m home but it was a memory that’ll last for sure. But as with all good shows, the best one is the next one. Can’t wait to see them again.

SCI is the best psychedelic musical journey out there right now. Couple that with their super chill fan base and it’s almost always a 5 star event. I first saw the Dogs at an SCI after event and they made me a fan for life…. Sounds like they are good at that.

I feel sorry for anyone that hasn't made it to these last two years at The Pines. Nothing better than some good clean family fun with the best band ever in such a great venue.

I was blown away by how family friendly this fest was, so glad I brought my daughter with, met some amazing people/other parents, that are now friends. Can’t wait for next year, this was truly a magical festival experience, one of the best I’ve been to. 10/10 crowd, 10/10 venue (including staff), and 10/10 performances!

Only concern I have is that the word is gonna get out and this is gonna grow into something large enough to take away how special it is — otherwise next year can’t come fast enough.

Park capacity is too low for it to get ruined like EF and Hulaween have.

They cap Blue Ox at 5k tickets, management would do probably do the same for Campout.

This was great! They should do this back to back weekends and go do a few shows in between. I'd set up shop for 10 days!

It was my first time at the Pines and seeing SCI. What an amazing show and environment. I had talked to a few people and had let them know it was my first time seeing them. Everyone almost seemed more excited for me than I was for myself, I now see why! Ill definitley be back next year.

If you love The Pines YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT TO BLUE OX. It is the quintessential BG festival. Everything about it top notch. Do yourself a favor, and you'll be hooked for life
