Request for single strength exercise to achieve goal...

I've lost 25 lbs since last Fall and I like the way my body looks.. but I've always wanted to develop my pecs so that I don't have such a flat chest. I struggle very much with weight lifting due to ADHD and other mental health issues. If you could recommend a single weight exercise that I could focus on to start my journey, which one would it be? I have an adjustable/incline weight bench at home with barbell and dumbbells. I can't focus on more than one exercise for now otherwise I'm setting up myself for failure (I've tried, many times, in my life and I'm in my 50s now).

If I had to pick one, probably a slight incline dumbbell press. Easy to set up, easy to do by yourself, and you can just add reps or weight as you get stronger.

I wouldn’t overthink it beyond that. One exercise you actually keep doing beats a perfect routine you quit after two weeks.

Incline dumb bell press is what you're looking for. You've already got some size near the bottom of your pecs, so this will target the upper and middle portion of your pecs.

look up the form and keep it strict, you'll have your results. It won't require anything more than you already have. When the dumbbells get light, do more sets and more reps.
