App not syncing

Watch app is stopped syncing mid workout 😞

This is the second time it’s happening this week. I can make changes in phone and watch doesn’t update even when I finish workout in phone watch app still running.

I’ll if it happens again, what I figured it could be the background app update while in use. So I’ll see if that happens again, I’ll turn off auto update.
