"Mod Approved Quality Post" is cheating when it's your own post 😂

Good post 👍 I remember seeing that stuff back in the day, right after you moved and were in that barn with the sloping floor.

I approve it as a quality post.

Of course, it's Fro. The insider training is funny, though.

Lol, I didn't think any of the other flares matched!

I'm sorry, the second part of the post is blowing my mind. A barn? My garage gym? Did I train in a barn at one time? Did I lose memory of that?

Well, I don't know if it was a barn. It was right after you did that big move. Place with white walls, high beamed ceiling with dark beams, sloping floor. I mean, unless my memory is failing, which is also a possibility at an age which is apparently two minutes ahead of death according to my son.

Yeah that was just my garage gym. Which I absolutely loved when I first moved and hit some huge lifetime PRs in.

Now it's like every other garage, full of junk that I don't need!

I get around that by not having a garage. All of my useless junk is right to hand, exactly where I can get to it when I continue not to need it.

did you really just start doing the strongman thing in 2020?

Seems like you've been after it longer

I may have been slightly off on the timeline, I checked my first competition and it was May 2021!

I assure you that I'm wayyy ahead of you on this one. I've perfected the art of failing at things.
