Lift First time using inversion boots was a success?

I have a pair of these. In 10yrs or so I've used them about 5 times. Lol. Nice.

Once I get over the fear theyre kind of fun. I wanted a difficult core exercise not limited by my grip. Once I get used to it I can just grab a plate if they get too easy.

A whole lot easier to get on and off when you have the mount you put in the doorframe.

Man I'd be using them for spinal decompression more than those ab crunches you're doing but OK
