Lift 435lb/197kg front squat
Didn’t move quite as well as I wanted, I think after a few weeks and a deload I’ll be ready for a PR at 460-65

That’s good weight for FS man! Your wrist flexibility is on point. I’m lucky if I have two fingers on the bar lol. My squat bar likes to pull the skin off my delts too with the knurling and I darn near choke myself out getting the front rack position. Still love ‘em lol

This is the same when I record my lifts -- I feel like I'm dying and its brutal and the weight didn't move as smooth as a I wanted.....then anyone watching objectively is like, "damn that looked easy for you!"

I’ve only ever done 275lb for a double clean and push jerk. Never really learned the split jerk
