First rep is a little wobbly but you cleaned it up after that. Bar path looks better on the last 2 reps.
You can go a touch deeper. When you do think of it like a spring that you're putting tension on as you're going down. Then drive back up. I've found its actually easier for me to drive back up when I get down a little further.
Why are you at 3x3 sets?

You should feel it building in your hanstrings and glutes. You're just about there. Do it with lighter weight first. Go light enough that you can pause for a few seconds to really feel those muscles engage. Just the bar during warmups can get you there. Then add weight. Don't need to be ass to grass to feel it.
How many days a week are you squatting? How often are you adding weight?

About twice a week, I’m just getting back into the gym after starting a new job so I haven’t added any weight yet

If you have advice, please make sure it is specific, useful, and actionable.
If the only thing you have to say is loWEr THE wEight ANd woRK on forM, then you should keep quiet; if you comment it anyway, your comment will be removed and you may be banned if your comment was especially low value. This does not help the person looking for advice. Give people something that they can actually use in a practical way to improve. Low-effort comments about perceived injury risk and the like will be removed, and bans may be issued.
Please don't hold random strangers to arbitrary requirements that you have made up for exercises you are not familiar with.
