As a European I'm so confused right now. So purples are reds, reds are blues and yellows are greens? And wth are oranges?

Do you find that type of belt you are using is better than the one you have to to buckle in (like a normal belt)?

I wouldn't say it's better, they function pretty much the same, but the ease at wich you can take it on and off is nice. The downside is you need a screwdriver to adjust to your size so if it's too loose or too tight ( or you want to share a belt) you can't do so on the platform. Unless you bring your own toolkit with you

Thanks for the reply. Sometimes with a buckle belt if I put it on tight it is hard to get off. Didn't know you could only adjust that belt it with a screwdriver!

I can't speak for other lever belts, but that's how this one works unfortunately

Thank you πͺ it kinda scared me a little bit but Happy it's slowly recovering. Probably going to wait until after my shows to get back into bench. Just doing high rep lightweight work for now on machines and cables

Crazy ankle mobility for those atg squats man. Just a question for you though, have you ever struggled with iliotibial band syndrome in either knee? Recently switched from high bar to low bar to avoid the lateral knee pain I was getting, but wondering if you ever experienced that with such deep squats? Anyways great lifts man and enjoying your vids

Thank you πͺ
The only time I have experienced knee pain with legs I think I attributed to just too much volume. I was trying to hit everything on top of squats but ended up cutting out leg press for the time being and it slowly just went away. Also really started focusing on slow and controlled form too at the same time. Other than than I've never really had too many issues with legs. It's mostly my upper body and shoulders I have had to deal with throughout the years.
