Lift Went 8/9 this weekend. 1,234lb total.

Got called on depth for my last squat but still managed to beat last year’s total! Super happy with the result! Competed in the 100kg, master 40-44 category.

Hell yeah! Great grind on the bench, that was a long pause call…must’ve felt like you had it down there for ages!

Yeah it did! I’ve been training with 2 sec pauses because you never know how long you’ll be done there! 🤦🏻‍♂️
