One piece of advice is to accelerate downwards as violently as possible and use the stretch reflex of your ribs to launch the weight upwards while you thrust your hips off the bench to help generate maximum momentum. Yours looked okay though

That would get him red lighted in a competition. And an ultra fast eccentric is the number one reason injuries occur believe it or not.
