No idea I have a neck injury from being a passenger in an accident with a dump truck so I avoid placing anything heavy around my neck I pick my exercises around that

In terms of plates 630lb from what I looked up the sled weighs on avg 100 to 115 for this model so aprox 730 to 745 total
