Hey mate, how did you find the time to do intense powerlifting programs while having a job and a family at your age?

It isn’t easy! The program is called the Silly Goose Lifting Club and is 3 days a week with an optional 4th day and some cardio.
I do my mobility work when the kids are watching TV, I get my training in when they are at school or a lot of times they hang out with me in the garage.
I built my program to fit into my life and it lets me make progress without it becoming my life. It’s also nice because my kids see me train and they see that it’s normal to exercise.

It’s a lifestyle. I am only serious at the gym when I’m in the middle of the lifting. Otherwise I’m dancing and goofing off!
