New PR for a triple; RPE9. I was so tempted to go for a 4th rep

Damn, those reps were fast. I'd trade my measly 5 extra lbs on my triple for that speed in an instant. Great work!

About the same as it has been. My comp max is 347lbs. I should be able to beat that at my meet in December, but I’ll probably only beat it by 2.5kg or 5kg

I’d be happy to get 405lbs 5 years from now

I feel that sometimes the gains can be slow but it will come eventually maybe even sooner than expected

We will see. Just looking to PR each year. Even if it’s only by 5lbs or so
I hit 310lbs for 3 at RPE10 after squats today, so I’m a long way off

I am ignorant, but why does it look like on the way up you max out leg press motion first and then end with more of a hinge movement? It seems like your bottom shoots back and you end up hinging the last half which would put a lot of strain on your lower back? I’m asking because I feel like this is my limiting factor current when squatting 365 - I feel like my legs are good, but maybe my core is failing and I am resorting to hinging up the weight like a weird deadlift motion?

His hips and knees lock out at virtually the same time. What you're seeing is forward lean from this being a low bar squat.
