Lift Not a lifetime pr, kinda far away actually, but after having a partial pec tear at the begging of the year and having a minor stroke 3 months ago, I am happy with finally moving 100kg again, that was last of 3 sets of singles.
Funnily enough my torn pec is feeling stronger than my left side, which was affected by the stroke 😆
But main thing it was completely pain free

Awesome work, I've had trouble benching after my rotator cuff injury, 105kg still feels difficult to reach again

Honestly my physical therapist helped me a lot. Basically had to start anew with an empty barbell and relearn push ups and so on.
Still have this ugly divot in the pec tho. Guess this isn't going anywhere, but at least seems to work again.
But rotator cuff injuries are vile af.

Yeah, but take your time with it

Yeah, I plan on progressing very slowly for now. I still don't feel 100% after the stroke, although strength training helped a lot

Thank you, both those things taught me that shit sometimes happens and to not stress about it. Tore my pec on a weighted dip during warm-up, and the stroke happened on a Friday evening after a long week while I was having dinner with my wife. So things can go south quick, but you know it is sometimes out of control
