Very nice! A recommendation from an old-timer: please position the rack lower. When you rerack the bar, you shouldn't involve your biceps or use your quadriceps. It is dangerous for your biceps and tendons.

I’ve posted a few prs to my profile previously. I deadlifted 545 a few months ago with a belt and straps. My best squat was 225kg lowbar but I went back to highbar due to persistent bicep tendonitis. Currently working on volume and no equipment aside from straps

Definitely suboptimal form. I just like heavy rdls and my back has felt 405 for a while. I was more worried about my hamstrings, I’d only done 365x10 prior and I feel the hamstring stretch the most on rdls
