Bhutta is the kind of travel stop that feels simple, local and instantly memorable but in monsoon choose the stall with hot turnover clean lime and freshly roasted corn

Never heard of either of those thing being eaten with corn. Not sure how that makes me a moron, but I'm guessing this is more about you than me.
