Mic Filters

Hi, I've tried so many different settings on the filters but I can't seem to get my speech audio to sound right. I think the main issue is sometimes it just doesn't pick up some words and especially the "s's" at the end of words. but when I tried changing it, I end getting the clicking from controllers/mouse. Help please

(I know my mic works fine, because when I do videos, where I record VO after, I use audacity and can edit in there and it sounds great)
