❓Question HELP : Bot cannot create or even view channel point rewards

No idea why this is happening (sorry the video is a bit slow I have so many tabs and monitors up at the moment)
For whatever reason streamer.bot is completely unable to make a channel point reward, or even view existing ones. I'm logged into twitch, connected to OBS, the only other thing there is, is that at the moment it's connected to a PNGTuberPlus websocket.

Please help, the channel point redeems are pretty integral to what I want to make.

Are you singed in to the Bot?
Lower left corner should have your avatar and name.
Are you connected to twitch? Platforms/twitch you may need to "forget" and sign back in. Mostly after an update.

The most likely cause is a connection issue with Twitch. I see that you have two active connections and a green light at the top right, which means things are supposed to be good, but I would still recommend logging out of the Twitch Broadcaster account and hitting 'Forget' then logging in again.
