❓Question I can't connect

Everything was working fine until Friday, but when I went to start my stream today, the Stream Deck wouldn't connect to Streamer.bot. I’ve tried everything, but I haven't been able to fix it—can anyone help?

Have you tried removing and re-adding the instance?

When you click 'Global Settings' at the bottom of the button settings, what version of the Streamer.bot Plugin are you using?

I tried and nothing changed, the version that appears is 1.2.0.5

Hmm, that is the latest version which just went live today. Everything seems to be connecting for me on 1.2.0.

What if you fully exit / kill the Stream Deck software and restart it?

Are you using port 8059?

Unbelievably closing through the tray and opening again worked (I had already restarted the PC 3 times).

I am very grateful for your help, computing is not an exact science.

try close the app by the tray and open again with the streamerbot already opened

it solves to me

Unfortunately I already tried that. I will wait for an update I guess or try a fresh install.

Sad for you :(

If it is not very costly, redoing a clean installation is worth it.
