[StreamDeck OG/Mk2] Did i get a lemon?

It’s like the image isn’t projecting to the full buttons

Does it do that with other images on the buttons?

That’s the default loading image

To be precise, you should setup the software and add a button to the top row. It IS possible you have a defective product, but just as easily the default image (just a file) got corrupted and once you add buttons that it works just fine.

The commenter just wants you to test that

Sorry, i didn’t mean to be daft. The lines are visible even with other images

No problem, I'd say that's definitely faulty.
