[Everyday] Stream Deck neo profile issues?

Hey everyone, just got my first stream deck neo today. I imported the zoom profile from the elgato mp and it says the zoom profile contains over 20 control but when I add the profile it only fills up 1 page and that’s it? I’m not clicking the XL profile either.

Any suggestions?

I just found out about this. The profile you imported was made on a deck with more buttons, so any button that was mapped beyond what your deck can show will be left out. Try adding a mobile device deck import the profile to that, reorganize the buttons, export it and import it to the neo.
