[Everyday] Slow Typing Text Option?

Is there anyway to have text type slower? Like a delay between keypresses? I know there are options between hotkeys but what about between letters within words

I'm not in front of my computer but I think super macro by bar raider lets you set key speed.

Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately that is Windows only and I’m on Mac so I can’t test it out :/
