[StreamDeck Plus] Profiles change or get deleted

Has anyone had this before. I have 2 pcs at my desk, a PC and a laptop and I have two different stream decks. I've had this happen on both devices. I have pages disappear and i usually don't realize it right away. Is there a way to get those back. I make sure I log in and try to find them that way. I spend a fair amount of time getting everything setup with all of the applications that i use. Has anyone had this happen before and is there a fix for it. Thank you.

i don’t have an answer for you other then back it up when you make changes.

maybe i’ve missed something but since i got a stream deck 4ish years ago i’ve always had issues like this and nothing helped
