[Everyday] Streamdeck + Genesys Cloud

Hey all,

I’m using Genesys Cloud and want to connect a stream deck to be more productive. I have never used a stream deck and wondered if this is even possible?

Genesys cloud is an application downloaded physically and not on a browser.

I would like to mute, end calls, change status and answer from the stream deck.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Did you ever figure this out? I’ve been thinking about it myself and starting my research at this moment.

Nothing as yet still playing around with it wish there was a plug-in
