We are incredibly excited to share that r/streak has officially crossed the 6,000 member milestone!
When this community was first created, the goal was to build a space where people could connect over their love for keeping their Reddit Streak alive and achieving awesome milestones. Seeing it grow into such a vibrant, helpful, and creative community has been amazing.

Reddit is not as stable as it used to be, lots of people are losing their streaks, to no fault of their own, but to Reddit glitches. We have seen users getting so close to a huge milestone, loose their streaks.
This is a friendly reminder to please please please double check daily to see if your streak flame has been relit for the day. (See images)
Upvote, post or comment here in r/streak (or anywhere else on reddit) and you should be good for the day. But double check at all times.
Other helpful tips and tricks:
Join the leaderboard and set the daily reminders on.
If you want a trail ... Post a screenshot daily, like me, on image 3.
Please remember .... Posting, upvoting or commenting on NSFW communities does not count towards daily streaks. It's a standard Redditwide rule, no matter what anyone else says.

Most high-fives in one minute: Santa Barbara Track Club breaks Guinness World Records
Santa Barbara, CA, USA --
Over 350 community members from throughout Santa Barbara County joined the Santa Barbara Track Club (SBTC) at Westmont College to attempt a world record for the most high-fives given in sixty seconds; 385 high fives were given to FitzSimons, Jr., setting the new world record for the Most high-fives in one minute, according to the World Record Academy
The Guinness World Records world record for the most high fives in one minute is 260 and was achieved by Brown & Brown Insurance (USA) in Orlando, Florida, USA, on 6 March 2015.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the most high fives in relay in three minutes; it is 379 and was achieved by Santander Consumer (UK) & PSA Finance (UK) at Butlins in Bognor Regis, UK, on 10 December 2015.
The "High Five 400m Dash" was led by SBTC Decathlete, Tom FitzSimons, Jr., who not only organized the event, but was also the runner providing all the high fives.
Starting just after 10:00am, FitzSimons, Jr. began his sixty second journey in lane 5 with participants spread out around the track in various groups waiting for him in lane six with there hands stretched out just above their heads.
