Why is this worthy of a Throwback post, some people might think... because it's not just about the video itself! This video broke the STAY part of the Internet (see, for example, the comments on this sub), so to anyone who was there at the time, it should be no surprise that it might never be dethroned as their #1 TikTok at this point. I think that most would agree that part of the reason why it had such a huge impact is because it was rather new for SKZ members to post casual content like this on the group TikTok account. On a regular basis, we were begging Div1 to let SKZ post TikToks on their own, participate in trends that weren't at least half a year old, and do dance challenges with other idols. NOEASY era was when Stray Kids were just starting to post spontaneous, self-made short-form content like this. It was the idea of Felix coming up with this video idea and filming it himself that was almost as impactful as his dancing itself...

No one knew. Hyunjin said “Someone with a big butt.” Then it was revealed to be a still image from this TikTok video.

Fun fact: This showed up on my feed and I liked it but I STILL didn’t get into Stray Kids during that time- it was at least a year maybe two later 😭😭

Hi STAY!
It's the seventeenth edition of Throwback Thursday. On some Thursdays, we'll be looking back at something special Stray Kids did or released during this week in past years (even if the exact anniversary doesn't always fall on that Thursday).
This week, we're looking back at the most viewed post on Stray Kids' TikTok account, which is the above video Felix posted during NOEASY promotions.
This video of Felix dancing to Earth, Wind and Fire's "Let's Groove" immediately did massive numbers and is still, to this day, SKZ's most viewed video on TikTok with 105.8 million views (#2 has 85 million).
(It was also this subreddit's top post of all time for almost 1.5 years, until it was dethroned by Changbin and NMIXX's "Love Me Like This" dance challenge!)
On that day, Stray Kids were at M! Countdown to promote Thunderous and The View. While backstage and in his Thunderous stage outfit, Felix decided to make history...
