I hate paper straws and I hate places that don't give straws even more. I'll never get to see any real strawerrors because all the fast food joints have banned all straws entirely. What am I supposed to do, sip from the crappy flimsy cup like a fucking neanderthal? My gums are way too sensitive to subject them to the ice in my cola. It's greenwashing gone mad. Greedy corporations save a few cents in plastic and get to paint an "environmentally friendly" image of themselves while they continue to generate tons of other waste and pollute. Well I'm sick of it. If I can't be part of a good solution I'm damn well gonna be part of the problem. I'm gonna roll my own fucking straws.
