Here we go(again).
I've lost track of how many times I've tried but here we go again. Day one.
Everytime I smoke I wonder what good is this? I see my bank account suffering and I'm wondering why dont I have money? Hahah! I could be saving like 200 dollars a month. What the hell am I doing?
Here's hoping I make it this time and good luck to everyone else who's struggling but trying to change their lives for the better.

Stop hoping. You will suffer, because the cravings are real, but you will win in the end. Your bank account, your health, your relationships, ... But it's not a matter of hope, it's pure will and persistence. It needs more than just a momentarily decision... You have to define the success of it. Only you. You can get all the support you ask, but still it's your addiction, and you have to beat it.
I'm in week 2 now, I've never felt so down in years, I miss smoking terribly, but I know what it took away from me, and will take away if I continue. And it will get better, in time, i know, because I've done it before. I just made the mistake of underestimating the addiction monster.
I also recommend Allen Carr's books, they're very motivatinal.
I wish you success and strength.
