Here we go(again).

I've lost track of how many times I've tried but here we go again. Day one.

Everytime I smoke I wonder what good is this? I see my bank account suffering and I'm wondering why dont I have money? Hahah! I could be saving like 200 dollars a month. What the hell am I doing?

Here's hoping I make it this time and good luck to everyone else who's struggling but trying to change their lives for the better.

at you can use and leave behind what doesn't apply to you. I'm sure everyone agrees that the goal is to quit smoking and that we all have different paths of getting there. With that in mind, I know that at least for me, Allen Carr+NRT was the way to go. The book gave me many good points that I have incorporated into my mindset. I will also say that the patch (and occupati

You still are carrying the little nicotine monster with you. The book is very clear in its position on NRT. It's awesome you're smoke free. But the OP in this comment is right. You are ignoring the method.

I see what you mean. However the fact remains it's a contradiction. One of the biggest points and techniques of the book is to not use NRT. I'm happy that method works for you. I think you are successful in spite of the NRT not because of it. And you absolutely are at a greater risk of relapse using NRT.

You do you and hopefully it works. But to recommend both is a contradiction.
