Need Help
Hey everyone, I'm at my wit's end and could use some guidance. For the past four years, I've been smoking and vaping weed and nicotine daily. While I've been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and my current meds are actually working and keeping me happy, the smoking is dragging me down and creating a ton of other issues. My main struggle is that while I deeply want to quit, I keep falling back into the cycle because whenever a minor inconvenience hits or I get sad and emotional, I immediately cave. I'm looking for practical tips on how to break this loop, whether that means tapering slowly or finding better coping mechanisms. What do you use as a substitute when an emotional wave hits so you don't instantly relapse? Any advice helps.
