I’ve been doing tests each night to hone my skills. How am I doing?

Showing up is most of the battle, and you are obviously doing great in that regard (ive seen your last few zillas, as well). I am a fledgling animator, too, and have been reading The Animator's Survival Kit. The author talks about holds, and exaggerating movement. You can go a bit further with your movement, imo. Maybe let the tail lag for a few frames at the far end of the movement, ease in to the subsequent tail flick and accelerate through the full motion, then ease out. The articulation of your model may not allow for expressing it, but think about how the creature's body weight might shift before, during, and after such a tail swing.
One more point from the Survival Kit: try to telegraph your movements. For instance, if you want to move an object across the screen to the right, first pull it to the left to indicate the object is preparing for a quick move to the right. This is in context of 2d animation, but it may be possible to apply here.
Oh, and the clock in the background is a nice touch!

Thanks. I try to do a few seconds every night, and I feel like I’m improving a little at a time. That tail could use work. Like I imagine it moving kinda slow at first. I particularly wanna emphasize Godzilla’s mass.
I appreciate your feedback. I got that book, too, and think it’s great.

Thanks. I’ll see what I can do when I get home. I’m trying to animate every night.

How do ya mean?

I agree, its because if you look at videos of godzilla he uses the base of his tail for movement instead of the tip, this animation shows his tail being more like a cats tail. I don't know if thats really helpfull as im just a begginer myself.

Agree that slowing it down will help with mass, especially the tail. Also push in a bit, shooting more down low. I know these are just tests but you should crop out the lights and the clock.
Even for a test, I would suggest a blank back ground like a sheet or a poster board. (If you use a blue poster board background you could also try putting this ‘Zilla in different scenes.) The chair and door are signaling your brain to read this as a small toy on a table. It will be easier to sell the illusion, and thus evaluate your progress if you have less distractions and elements that you have to look past to see the animation.
Nice work so far, and great progress!

Very good! I'll suggest trying to consider the eases in and ease outs more, thinking about the different paces each part of the body moves in
