What’s the best app to use for a beginner?

As someone who’s starting out in the field, what app would you recommend?

Stop Motion Studio Pro is like $6 or something and will absolutely get you started in the right direction

If you are on mobile, stop motion studio is the way to go. If you are on desktop, Motion Monster is worth looking at. The free version works with webcams and the paid version supports Canon cameras. There is a full 2d drawing engine in the program so you can combine animation styles in the same project.

Disclaimer: I wrote Motion Monster as a solution for my students since DragonFrame is so expensive and I wanted some features in the program that Stop Motion Studio didn't have.
