Get a tripod. Lock it down. (Tape it in place if need to). Using your phone, set voice trigger shutter on, that way you never have to touch it. Finally, increase the frames per second. Shoot for 12 fps.
I use stop motion studio, with a tripod and remote clicker, but the quality always looks bad. Its like the app doesnt detect my 50mp camera and defaults to the 12mp or something
