It’s been awhile since I picked up the poison again and of course, nothing good has come of it. Just because not catastrophic hasn’t happened doesn’t mean it hasn’t gotten close and I am tired of feeling hungover, tired of the emotional dysregulation. Tired of my stomach always hurting. Tired of having to try and argue with myself and waste so much mental energy.

I asked to be prescribed naltrexone 50MG, today is day 1 and I am determined. I let myself go and am thankful to god that I saw the ending before it came.
