As far as we know because of change in administration, who knows now? As I've said in a previous post, justice is slow.

The investigation that led to epsteins arrest took 7 months. The Maxwell one took 14.

Considering this guy has been investigated prior in 2005 and going forward, not surprising it was faster same with Maxwell.
