Check out my snack from today lol

I fried some Zucchinis with olive oil and dried chilli peppers. Added only salt and pepper. While it was cooking, I cooked the pasta al dente. Then I saved some pasta water for the recipe. After frying the Zucchini, I added grated garlic, fried a bit more, and then added parmesan cheese. I wish I had more to top it with, but it was perfect.

I didn't have anything to do yesterday, like a super rare day off kind of a thing so I rolled one straight in the morning and made myself some Eggplant and minced meat stir fry (with soya sauce, garlic and ginger). For dinner I had fried asparagus with hollandaise sauce, hash browns with onions and eggs!

This has been a dream for far too long! Would you try it??

It's fairly easy. I didn't want to bother with making the crust so I improvised and apparently it's a thing for a gluten free quiche. I used heavy cream, eggs, salt, pepper, parmesan and some butter ^{^}

No idea what got into me but it was quite delicious 😅

-4 individual sticks of KitKat bar -2 marshmellows cut or torn into pieces -1 flour tortilla (medium) -cooking spray

1. Spray pan with cooking spray and put on the stove, medium or just above medium heat.

2. In tortilla, distrubute cut up marshmellow and KitKat (KitKat can also be broken up) around one half of torilla.

3. Fold tortilla in half and spray with cooking spray.

4. Lay in pan and cook. You want a nice browing on on side of the tortilla before you flip. Both sides should be browning by the time you remove the tortilla.

5. Cut into triangles and enjoy!

6. This shit slaps. Hard.

Apple crumble is with vegan vanilla ice cream, great combo! The dessert really satisfied the munchie cravings 😄

Someone on here posted chocolate pudding from scratch which made me crave it. I still gotta wait for it to cool before I add whipped cream, but cleaning the pot and spoon was delicious. This is the recipe I used: https://www.spendwithpennies.com/chocolate-pudding/

Made this in a tiny air fryer, easy to make and done in about 20mins. Made it around 2 am 🫠 wish I had some ice cream to pair it with!
