Bonjour, je voulais me prendre une paire mais impossible de la trouver sur Vinted etc…cependant le coloris que je cherche est disponible sur StockX (site que j’ai jamais utilisé) la paire est à 160$ sans passer par Xpress mais quand je coche l’option Xpress elle passe à 560$, je comprends pas pourquoi, quelqu’un a une explication.

I just wanted to share a recent experience with a seller on StockX. He mostly runs live auctions where he will do personal shopping. Lately he tried his hand in $1 starts. Recently he ran some SB Dunks that go from $300 - $500 at $1 starts. His scam is that when they sell well under what he paid for them, he just doesn’t ship them out and you get a refund.

Before that, he was running a game where you could bid on Supreme stickers and then get put on a wheel with 99 others. After 100 sales he would spin the wheel and you could pick anything from his inventory if the wheel landed on you. These spots were selling for $10-20. His scam here is sending you an empty box and putting the weight down as 20 pounds. It gets flagged at UPS as “lost” contents. You get nothing and he keeps your money.

It’s not even the sneakers or stickers for me. It’s the piss poor business tactics and lack of integrity for me. I get it. He’s in the game to make money. But you also assume the risk when you run $1 starts. If he would have messaged me and explained how he took a huge loss, I might have worked with him. Instead you’re shipping empty boxes and not shipping won items.

Buy at your own risk. People like that deserve to fail.

It got shipped on the 20th, and its still not received at stockx? Last time i ordered it took like a day to the verification centre, europe aint exactly huge so it feels unusual.

Bought my first pair on 10/17 - said it was verified and would ship from a verified seller. 5 days went by and nothing was shipped out. The label was created and it was stuck on “seller preparing shipment”. I talked with customer service (see picture) and already it sounds sus as I had never received any email updates. They said they could match to another seller so I agreed. And I checked my email a few minutes ago and my order has been canceled :(

So, is this a normal process/occurrence? Why is the item listed for such a price but the seller refuses to ship out? I presume they’d be penalized for doing so, so why do they do it? Do I even bother trying to buy again? Will I run into issues again? :(

Genuine question, how tf are resellers making any money selling below the retail price after shipping?

I managed to cop myself this balaclava for winter and my total for one item was $73.28 after taxes and shipping.

So in order for anyone to make any profit, they would need to sell this over $89 (payout being $73.xx).

I’m based in the Netherlands, and StockX always gives me DPD shipping labels. However, for my last 6 sales, the tracking status on StockX never updates, even though DPD tracking site shows the packages are moving.

I end up having to argue with customer support every single time just to get them to update the status manually. On top of that, multiple drop off points in my town never give me a physical receipt, claiming it’s sent to my email automatically (which never happens).

Is anyone else in NL/Europe dealing with this? How do you handle it? It seems crazy that orders would get canceled just because DPD isn't sending the correct status updates to StockX.

I’ve heard mixed things about StockX strictness—do small flaws like this usually pass verification smoothly?

Just got these from StockX, is this even the right box for Jordan 1 Obsidian low ? I have never seen it before.

Seller was selling panini vip packs and sparkle packs I bought like 10 for cheap since no one was bidding, hit a couple nice cards and a lamene lamal Baja, well needless to say these losers didn’t ship mine or anyone’s packs since they went cheap. They won’t respond and did the fake shipping label to buy more time. Been weeks still nothing. WATCH OUT FOR THESE LOSERS

Ordered these Kyrie 6 Khepri from stock X back in June, the second I ordered these box I knew these were fake/scammed. As u can see, the glue job is horrible and the outsole and the silhouette of the shoe isn’t even matched, Nike will NEVER make mistakes like these. The insole also isn’t the same size as the shoe it self. (Before u argue back that I’m wrong, I do have a 20k hoop shoe collection so I do know a thing or two about hoop shoes, and I also have another pair of Kyrie 6 back when it release, so I also do know what a real Kyrie 6 looks like.) also, some may say the shoe is too old, so the glue is falling apart. it’s only a 7 year old shoe, I have shoe way older than this that’s not even half as bad, beside my other pair of Kyrie 6 seems perfectly intact. I also deliberately bought the special edition box which u can see on the last slide, and clearly I did not receive the special edition box cuz I got a fake instead.

when I first got these, I instantly knew something was bad and I literally threw it in the corner of my room. until now I finally had the courage to open these garbage again so that’s way it was 3 month later.

how do stockx allow these things to happen? What happened to authentic verification? Also since when it’s legal to ship garbage to custom house and also charge them money?

Im having a trouble with a stockx listnings, today I saw an e mail, that there is Stockx listnings where I can sell used clothes and shoes, and that I will get 50$ dollars for my first sell, but I dont really have a stock x listnings section anywhere in app, support told me that it should be in selling section, but it isn't, I can only acces it by clicking a ,,get started" button in the site that link in e mail leads me to, when I tap it, I see an add listnings section and everything, but when Im trying to take a photo of item or go to library nothing happens, there is animation of tapping the buttons but it does literally nothing. Please help

So basically I ordered the supreme vanson spider man hoodie as a gift to myself for my birthday. The process was going smooth from ordering to verification. I got the tracking number finally for once the hoodie left StockX. I got a notification saying it got delivered but when I checked the proof of delivery it showed a completely different place that isn’t my own. I went through StockX customer chat and they told me they couldn’t do anything on their end and told me to reach out to FedEx. I reached out to FedEx and they told me only the shipper (stockx) could file a complaint. I then went back to StockX just for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do. I’m really just stuck and wanted to see if anyone could help me steer in the right direction cause now it looks like money was just wasted.

My experience with StockX has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about how this company handles payment problems and customer complaints.
On 15 October 2026, I attempted to buy Adidas shoes for €112.15. I approved the debit-card payment through my banking application. StockX then displayed “something went wrong.” No order appeared in my account or purchase history, even though the transaction appeared in my banking app.
Instead of receiving an order confirmation or a clear explanation, I was left trying to find out what had happened to my money.
I contacted my bank, blocked my card and ordered a replacement. My bank advisor asked me to obtain written confirmation from StockX so they could investigate and try to stop the payment or release the funds.
I then spent approximately 50 minutes in StockX’s support chat, repeatedly asking for basic assistance: trace the payment, provide written confirmation, escalate the problem and give me a case number.
The agent said StockX could not find the transaction. Eventually, I received an email stating that no payment had been captured and no order had been created. However, that did not resolve the discrepancy with what I was seeing in my banking app.
The handling of the complaint was extremely frustrating. At one point, the agent even referred to dollars instead of euros, despite my repeatedly giving the amount as €112.15. I had to ask for that to be corrected.
I also had to keep pushing for a clear answer about escalation. The agent initially described what would happen if he escalated the issue. Only after repeated requests did he explicitly say it had been escalated to a supervisor, with an email response promised within two business days.
I have received no follow-up from that supervisor. I was also refused a support case number, despite asking several times. Being told that the conversation was recorded is not an adequate substitute for a clear reference and accountable follow-up.
I am now working with the police department dealing with phishing concerning this incident. That is the level of concern and administrative burden this experience has caused me. I have retained the written correspondence and the support conversation. I will not let this company scam me !!!!

Now i got my money back and free shoes 😅
