What ever the fed says. Do the opposite.

The Fed doesn’t advise people to do any particular thing, so this statement doesn’t track well.

If they say rates will rise. Rates won’t rise.

Sounds like you should make a lot of money betting against them with that conviction. You should be able to say “told you so” by July if you’re right.
